北海鑫诚建设监理有限责任公司于1993年5月，由中国有色金属工业总公司鑫诚建设监理公司（全国首批甲级资质）与北京有色冶金设计研究总院组建。1994年经广西壮族自治区建设厅批准，在北海市工商局注册，成立的专业从事工程建设监理的具有乙级资质的监理公司。公司注册资本100万元。公司的营业范围是房屋建筑工程监理乙级，冶炼工程监理乙级，市政公用工程监理乙级，通信工程监理乙级，工程招标代理乙级，意外伤害保险代理、工程招标乙级招标代理业务范围以内的政府采购项目招标代理业务，货物和服务招标、竞争性谈判、询价等采购代理业务，政府采购咨询服务。    
    公司现有各类工程技术人员及管理人才93人，其中国家注册监理工程师17人，中级以上职称53人（高级工程师21人），注册造价师3人，高级经济师2人；专业门类齐全，经验丰富。公司成立以来，先后在有色金属、造纸、邮电通讯、住宅小区、高层建筑、宾馆酒店、体育场馆、商贸市场、机场航站、市政工程等方面承监了项目，承监项目优良率达85%以上。
